Return your items within 30 days of delivery using our Returns Centre.
Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box & your item/s placed into the mailing bag or box and securely sealed.
Package your goods with all original packaging (including your shoe box) with your receipt.
Print and securely attach the provided returns label to the front of your return package.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of delivery back to our warehouse for your your return to be processed.
When your return has been received, $10 for the cost of your return label provided will be deducted from your refund.
If you return your item for an exchange or store credit your return fee will be waived.
If we receive a return for an item marked final sale you will be contacted to arrange for it to be re-shipped to you.
