GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We recommend ordering by 12th December to avoid delays for the Christmas period.

Please note this date is a recommendation only and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Shipping is generally within 48 hours from when the order is placed. Please note that our warehouse team do not ship orders over the weekend or on USA and Australian public holidays. Dispatch of your order may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.

Please note that the specified shipping time frames on your chosen shipping service refers to the amount of days from the time of dispatch.

For US customers we offer three shipping options for your convenience. Please note that regional areas may be subject to delays on the following time frames.

From our US Warehouse:

Express Shipping is 1 - 4 business days from dispatch

Ground Shipping is 5 - 7 business days from dispatch

From our Australian Warehouse:

DHL Express Shipping 4-10 days from dispatch

Shipping Cost:

Ground shipping is $12.50 or FREE on orders over $150

Express shipping is $20 or FREE on orders over $350

International shipping from our AU warehouse is $20 or FREE on orders over $350

Please Note - In some circumstances, orders may need to be sent from our Australian Warehouse and in such instances, your order will be sent via DHL Express regardless of which shipping option was selected. This is the fastest international shipping service available.

Please note, items marked as "Pre Order" are excluded from the above shipping dates and will be shipped according to the pre-order dates indicated at the time of purchase.

You'll receive your tracking confirmation and all communication in regards to your order via email. If your order has a pre-order item, please check the pre-order date on your order confirmation. All items will be sent by the latest date of your pre-order item.

Please note, the quoted shipping window is an estimate only and does not take into consideration delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If your pre-order is delayed, you will be notified via email and provided with a new shipping time frame (so please check your inbox and spam folders). If your order contains multiple items coming from the same country, your order will be sent once all items arrive into our warehouse to send in one package.

All online Tony Bianco orders from our US warehouse have a very short window in which orders can be changed or cancelled as they are typically fulfilled on the same day.

If it has not been dispatched, please contact us and we can see what stage your order is in. If we couldn't catch your order, please see our returns page.

Our customer service team are available Monday to Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time. We are unable to cancel or amend orders if our office is closed or it has already been dispatched.

Unfortunately, we are not able to update your address once your order has been dispatched.

carrier service directly to submit a redirection
request.

Shipping FAQs

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email which will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking site.

Sometimes the carrier can take 24 hours to update shipping. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working, please reach out to us as soon as you can via enquiries@tonybianco.com so we can help.

If our courier partners are unable to deliver your package to you, it will be returned to sender, back to our warehouse.

Our friendly guest experience team will be in touch with you to arrange re-postage once it is delivered to our warehouse. If we are unable to make contact with you after multiple attempts we will refund your order.

Tony Bianco currently only delivers to the 48 contiguous states of America.

No, we do not ship to US military bases or PO boxes. Please provide an alternative business or residential shipping address.

Refused packages due to duties and taxes or not wanting the item will be subject to a re-stocking fee of $12.00. This will be deducted from the refunded amount once returned within 5-7 business days of delivery.
