Returns - Returns Policy

Eligible orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All online orders must be lodged online through our Returns Centreonline purchases cannot be returned in store.

What can I return?

Full Price items are eligible for a refund, exchange or gift voucher. Items purchased with a promotional code are still considered full price and eligible for a refund. Returns for an exchange or gift voucher are free.

Markdown/Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift voucher only. Returns for an exchange or gift voucher are free. Markdown/Sale items are not eligible for a change of mind refund.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a change of mind refund, exchange or gift voucher.

Made To Order items are not eligible for a change of mind refund, exchange or gift voucher.

Condition of returned items

All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Items that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted, unless deemed faulty.

What about faulty items?

If your item has a fault, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or gift voucher regardless of the item type. To lodge a faulty item claim, visit our Returns Centre or contact us at enquiries-usa@tonybianco.com.

Please note that Sale and Final Sale items may not arrive in perfect condition — only items with a major manufacturing fault are eligible for a refund.

How much does a return cost?

Exchanges and gift vouchers are always free for eligible returns. If you are returning for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. US customers using our provided returns label will have $10.00 deducted from their refund.

What items are excluded from change of mind returns?

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind unless deemed faulty: gift vouchers, shoe care products, hats.

How do I lodge a return?

Visit our Returns Centre to submit your return. Returns not lodged and approved through the Returns Centre may experience significant delays or be sent back to you.
