Returns - Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect Items

We are sorry to hear that your order was not to our normal high standard.

Please note that Sale and Final Sale Items may not come in a new condition. Only Sale and Final Sale Items with a major manufacturing fault can be returned for a refund.

If you believe your item to be faulty/damaged or you have received the wrong item, please lodge your faulty return here. You will need to upload a photo and be specific about the fault/issue.

We will accept returns on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable time frame and after assessment by one of our product experts.
