Return your items within 30 days of delivery using our Returns Centre.
Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box & your item/s placed into the mailing bag or box and securely sealed.
Package your goods with all original packaging (including your shoe box) with your receipt.
Orders shipped to Canada will not be provided with a returns label from Tony Bianco. Please ship your return to the below address using a traceable carrier service of your own choice at your own expense. You will not be charged any additional returns fees by Tony Bianco.

Please note, it is important that you choose a registered, traceable postage service with a reputable postage provider. Tony Bianco is unable to provide a refund or credit for any packages that do not arrive safely to our warehouse.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of delivery back to our warehouse for your your return to be processed.
If you request an exchange, please note that exchange requests are not always guaranteed and are subject to stock availability.
If we receive a return for an item marked final sale you will be contacted to arrange for it to be re-shipped to you.
Please note that any related duties and/or taxes imposed by your local government upon importation of your order are non-refundable in the event the order is returned.
